Following her graduation from Addis Ababa University, Meaza recently worked as the author of a game and explored different other options, for example, making for the month-to-month magazine of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and being the press and information boss at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Alongside her significant other, Abebe Balcha, and her drawn-out buddy, Teferi Alemu, Meaza set up a radio station, Sheger FM 102.1, in 2005. Until this point on schedule, she continues to make fascinating, exceptional, informational and drawing in substance as the week progressed by-week programs, Yechewata Engeda and Sheger Café. Her proposal to women is to go past limits set by society.
Later on, Meaza considered law at Addis Ababa University and filled in as an adjudicator at the High Court of Ethiopia for seemingly forever. This made her completely mindful of the divergence and dishonor women face in the execution of the law, which incited her to set up the Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association (EWLA). Since it opened its doorways, EWLA has assigned lawyers to people in vain and gave free authentic directing and related organizations to in excess of 100,000 women. The association has dealt with high-profile cases including kid marriage and other perilous traditional practices.
