Unhealthy relationships can have a detrimental impact on your overall well-being, happiness, and health. The problem is that while some relationships are overtly abusive or poisonous, other problematic relationship patterns might be considerably more subtle and difficult to identify. Other forms of control include possession and enmity. Although everyone experiences these two common human emotions from time to time, they turn unhealthy when someone tries to control what you do, when they snap at you out of anger, or when they accuse you of being unfaithful.
